I really liked having the balcony, and we actually could see fireworks from there on the 4th! Bed was comfortable. I like the desk in the room and the fridge Super nice people at the breakfast buffet every day. Great wait staff.

Everything was great except the breakfast buffet. It was dismal. Fortunately, our host made it right and had Eric come and cook fresh pancakes for us. But the french toast and pancakes were originally burned and displayed as the only choices on the buffet. The eggs tasted powdered. Maybe they weren't. But all else good.

South shore harbor is a fantastic facility. Great rooms, restaurants and in warmer months great outdoor pool.

I come here every summer my kids love it and the adults love it too is family oriented but the bar at the pool gives some extra to the adults

Location of hotel and surrounding area. Can walk to restaurants and shops. Also around the harbour. Pool area is good.

The view was nice, most of the staff were very friendly, and the lobby was spacious.
